1. I have been using my friends RhinoRamps for years now and finally decided to buy a personal set. I did purchase 16K lb. capacity ramps vs 12K lb. since they were on sale, so these ramps are super strong from what I've seen. I have not got around to testing these on my truck but have tested these on multiple vehicles; Corolla, Accord and a Avalon. I did a few measurments and weighed the ramps together to give you guys a better idea of the size of these things.
2. These are sturdy, but I’d never trust these or any similar product completely. So, I filled the two center cavities with high-strength concrete to ensure they’d never collapse. I also used a Tapcon (cement screw) in each of them so they wouldn’t slip forward when using them. They won’t stack together now to save space, but that’s okay, I’m much safer going under my vehicles now.
3. Looked at these a year before purchasing. Read all the reviews. Don’t pay attention to reviews claiming broke on small sedan with photos. They drove off of them look yourself. I’ve had 2 trucks on these already. Chevy 2500HD diesel 4x4. Gmc 1500 4x4. I worried about tire size initially. Overhanging the ramp. 305/45-22 did not come close. 33x13-20 on HD came right to edge of step lip on ramp didn’t overhang either. These things handled the 7500lb truck front end with ease, twice the weight of any sedan front end . So far these are great sturdy light weight ramps. If any of these qualities change or ramps fail I will update this review. Really like them so far
